There was a St Lucia Police Officer who needed some training by Toronto Police so he came here for 8 weeks and they had a reception with him and the deputy chief at Police Headquarters. I saw the picture they posted on a computer at work and noticed in the background, there is a Rick Taylor painting hanging at Police HQ.

Dad sometimes said a picture of (by?) me might end up on the wall of a police station if I didn't shape up.
